1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the olx707 platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility criteria being met in full. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of these requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. olx707 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds returned less any processing fees.
• Residency and Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting on offshore-licensed platforms is not explicitly prohibited by a specific statute applicable to individual users. You acknowledge that you have independently verified your legal right to use this platform under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal guardianship, court order, or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a contract.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the olx707 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be employed by olx707, its affiliates, its technology or payment providers, or any game studio whose products are offered on the platform, nor be an immediate family member of such an employee.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion restriction active on the olx707 platform. Circumventing a self-exclusion period is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money betting services on olx707, you must complete the account registration process and pass our KYC identity verification. By submitting your registration details, you agree to the following conditions:

• Accuracy of Information: All personal information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and truthful. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

olx707 supports deposits and withdrawals via all major Indonesian bank transfer services and e-wallet platforms. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are supported via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. We reserve the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited and will be returned.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: olx707 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (WIB). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi), or when additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal to Registered Method Only: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the olx707 account. We will not process wit hdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Transaction Limits: Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal caps may apply depending on your account verification tier and payment method. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard.
• Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your olx707 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activity. olx707 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit amount that triggers our internal compliance thresholds.
• Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. A monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. You will be notified by email before any such deduction occurs.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

olx707 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below and any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's description. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to users who have completed account registration and, where specified, identity verification. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per user, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the olx707 platform contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets placed with bonus funds must meet minimum odds requirements stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion — typically 7 or 14 days from the date of bonus activation. Unused bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless a promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play is capped at 5x the original bonus amount received.
• Abuse and Fraud: olx707 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus funds where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user is abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to: exploiting low-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated betting systems, coordinating with other users to guarantee bonus outcomes, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw: olx707 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to an active promotion will be communicated via the platform or by email with reasonable notice where practicable.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the olx707 platform. Specific rules governing individual game types — including sports betting, togel, sabung ayam (live cockfighting), bandar bola (Asian handicap football markets), slot games, and live dealer tables — are published in the relevant game information sections of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by olx707 at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been issued to the user.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in the odds displayed — whether caused by human error, system malfunction, or data feed failure — olx707 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's wallet.

• Result Disputes: If you believe a game result has been recorded incorrectly, you must notify customer support within 72 hours of the disputed result being settled. olx707 will review the relevant game logs and issue a final determination within 5 business days.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the olx707 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other users — including sharing game outcomes in real time, coordinating betting strategies designed to exploit the house edge, or engaging in chip dumping in poker or other multiplayer formats.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, game engines, RNG systems, or security infrastructure.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or pricing error discovered on the platform. Users who discover such an error are obligated to report it to customer support immediately rather than exploit it for financial gain.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the olx707 platform — including but not limited to the olx707 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, odds presentation, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of olx707 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others), and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content; creating derivative works based on platform content; or using any olx707 branding or trademarks in any commercial context without express written permission.

9 Privacy and Data

10 Limitation of Liability

In any event, olx707's aggregate liability to any individual user for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that user into their olx707 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

olx707 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration, or submission of fraudulent or invalid identity documents.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback claim from a payment provider in relation to funds deposited into the account.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Your voluntary request to close your account or activate a self-exclusion period via our Responsible Gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds — may be forfeited at olx707's discretion. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method after all outstanding wagers are settled.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx707 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration tribunals of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, users are required to submit a written complaint to olx707's customer support team and allow a minimum of 14 business days for the complaint to be investigated and a formal response issued. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly at the first instance.

13 Amendments to These Terms
